About Manifestation Guide

No promises: these are practices to try, not a way to make any result certain. This isn't medical, financial or mental-health advice.

In short

  • An independent guide to manifestation methods, written in plain English.
  • We explain what each method is, what research says about it, and how to try it without risk.
  • We make no promises, sell no courses and keep your tool data on your device.

Who we are

Manifestation Guide is written and kept up to date by the Manifestation Guide editorial team. We are an independent site. We are not linked to any coach, course, app, author or brand mentioned on our pages.

We started this guide because most of what we found about manifesting fell into two camps: big promises with no sources, or dismissal with no help. We wanted something in the middle: clear steps you can try today, with honest notes on what the evidence does and doesn't show.

What we believe

  • Practical: every page should leave you with something to do in the next ten minutes.
  • Honest: we say what research supports, what it doesn't and what nobody knows yet.
  • Kind: no shaming. A missed day, a "no" or a hard month is never your "fault" for thinking the wrong thoughts.

Our no-promises rule

Every page carries the same line: practices to try, not a way to make any result certain. We never promise money, love, health or speed, and we never say a method "always works". Examples on our pages are labelled "Illustration, not a result", because they show how a method is used, not what will happen.

Editorial rules in short

  1. Sources first. Every claim about research links to a peer-reviewed paper. We check each citation against its published record before we use it. If we can't confirm a source, we leave the claim out.
  2. Beliefs are labelled as beliefs. Books such as The Secret are summarised in our own words and presented as what their authors teach, not as facts.
  3. Topics we don't cover: get-rich-quick wishes, luck or games of chance, a specific person or an ex, and health outcomes. These depend on other people, chance or medical care.
  4. No victim-blaming. We never suggest that illness, loss or bad luck was "attracted".
  5. No urgency tricks: no countdown timers, no pop-ups, no "limited places".
  6. Dated reviews. Each page shows when we last checked it.

How we earn

Right now, we don't. There are no ads, no affiliate links and nothing for sale. Later we may offer a printable journal of our own design. We will never sell courses that promise income or results, and we will never take payment to recommend a product. If that changes in any way, this page will say so first.

How we write

We research each page from real questions people search for. We use AI writing tools to help research and draft pages. Every study we cite is checked against its published record (authors, title, journal and DOI), and every page passes an automated check for banned claims, missing sources and the no-promises line before it goes live. Our tools are built to work without sending your data anywhere.
